Anthony Palombit
Anthony Palombit is a senior consulting partner at Hermann International where he is responsible for the design and delivery of custom, whole-brained thinking workshops on topics such as team dynamics, leadership development, personal development for individual contributors and change management. He has over 20 years of corporate and consulting experience in change and implementation management, organizational development and organizational effectiveness. He has extensive expertise in the roll-out of large-scale process re-design and technology programs alongside six years of international experience in Europe, Asia, and the Caribbean. His client list includes Playtex, Eli Lilly, RR Donnelley, British Telecom, and Standard Chartered Bank.

Anthony has a multi-faceted educational background. He earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and a B.A. in Biochemistry from Rutgers College in New Brunswick, NJ, and then went on to earn a M.A. in Graphic Arts from New York University in New York. Anthony also recently earned a Ph.D. in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara, CA.

Biray Alsac, M.S., is a fitness technologist and international speaker on topics regarding interactive technologies (such as exergaming, web 2.0 and social media tools) as they relate to exercise and health promotion. As a consultant, she helps fitness and wellness companies, health club owners, personal trainers and health organizations enhance their online efforts and improve their professional initiatives. She has consulted for various health organizations from IDEA Health and Fitness Association and Virginia Piper Cancer Center, as well as, presented for Microsoft and Washington Employers group. She helps her clients understand the impact social media and online technologies have on the decision-making process of their consumers and potential clients.

Biray is an adjunct faculty in the Exercise Science and Physical Education departments of Mesa Community College, as well as, Arizona State University where she teaches exclusively online, often using tools like blogs, social networking and podcasts to keep her students engaged. She has published professional articles in the areas of social media health marketing, online personal fitness training, and exergaming and regularly authors a technology column for fitness professionals in trade journals.

Donna Stringer
Donna M. Stringer, Ph.D., is co-founder and President of Executive Diversity Services, an organizational development firm in Seattle, Washington. She is a social psychologist with specialized training in administration from Harvard University and cross-cultural communication from leading interculturalists at several universities in Europe and the United States. Following many years as an executive in public organizations, Donna now applies her experience to developing and implementing solutions that help organizations fully value and benefit from the diversity of both their employees and clients.

Donna combines her education and experience to design practical, innovative solutions to organizational challenges that increase the cultural competency of the organization and its executives, managers and employees. She developed the Inclusive Circles Process™ that has benefited her diverse clients including United Airlines and Alaska Airlines, the University of California and Wake Forest University, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, American Red Cross, PepsiCo International, and the Catherine T. and John D. MacArthur Foundation.

Donna has published professional articles and books in the areas of diversity training, cross-cultural communication, gender differences, values, cultural competency and organizational development. Her most recent books are 52 Activities for Exploring Value Differences (2003) and 52 Activities for Improving Cross-Cultural Communication. She is a faculty member at the Intercultural Institute and an adjunct faculty member at three universities.

Steve Schnapp is a Senior Education Coordinator for United Fair Economy (UFE), an organization aiming to raise awareness about the implications of class divide. Steve helps design and develop UFE’s popular economics education workshops and materials, and has led workshops and presentations in the U.S., Canada, and Ireland. He draws on 40 years of experience as a community-based organizer, educator, and activist in New York City and the Greater Boston area.

Steve studied popular education with Dr. Jane Vella and has led numerous Training of Trainer workshops for teachers and community-based educators, human service workers, organizers, and social justice activists. He also taught Community Organizing at the Boston University School of Social Work and Springfield College / School of Human Services, in the 1990s. Before coming to UFE in October 1998, Steve directed the Management and Community Development Institute at the Lincoln Filene Center for Citizen Participation at Tufts University.

Steve earned a B.A. in anthropology from the City College of New York in 1969 and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Boston University in 1981. Steve gets support and encouragement from his lifelong partner, Honey Schnapp, and his daughters, Tania and Jessie.

Jeannette Huezo is currently the Education Program Leader at United for a Fair Economy (UFE). Originally from El Salvador, Jeannette came to the U.S. in 1989 and has spent her life working for justice and social change.

By developing confidence and leadership skills in others, she has increased the number of activists in the struggle for social change, and has empowered women, immigrants and others facing injustice to participate in the decision-making process around issues that affect their lives.

Jeannette's first organizing job in United States was with the Latino Parents Association. She then went on to spend four years at the Coalition for Basic Human Needs (CBHN), organizing low-income women to fight for their rights. Then, Jeannette went to work for the Women's Institute for Leadership Development (WILD) as the Program Director / Trainer / Organizer. Following that, she worked as a Union Organizer for Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Local 254, organizing immigrant workers like herself to find their voice as members of the labor movement.

Jeannette is an Advisory Board Member of the Center to Support Immigrant Organizing (CSIO) and also serves as Trustee at the Access Strategy Fund.

Jeannette is the mother of nine children, two of whom still live in El Salvador.

Sharon Klun is the Director of Work /Life / Wellness Initiatives at Accenture — which includes creating a strategy for cultural change in areas of work / life, generational leadership, wellness, and career flexibility. Under her leadership, Accenture has achieved placement on the Working Mother Top 100 and Fortune Top 100 Lists — in addition to the Sloan Foundation’s award for Business Excellence, the Conference Board's Moving into the Future award, and WorldatWork’s Innovative Excellence award for programs such as Future Leave and Transforming Organizational Culture. Sharon is often quoted in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Financial Times, Business Week, Forbes, and the Harvard Business Review — she also serves on various organizational boards.

In addition to national speaking engagements, Sharon received two State gubernatorial appointments and was profiled in the PBS special Running Out of Time. Ms. Klun received her degree from Concordia University, is a graduate of the U.S. Military Justice School, and served 13 years in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate Generals division.

Fred Keeton is Vice President External Affairs and Chief Diversity Officer for Harrah’s Entertainment, the world’s largest gaming-entertainment company. In this role, he oversees operationalizing diversity and inclusion in Human Resources, Supplier Sourcing, Community Reinvestment, Design and Construction, Marketing, innovation and continuous improvement. He leads its senior executive team on issues pertaining to reputation-management, government relations diversity and inclusion awareness, and driving business outcomes through Diverse By Design (DbyD) Teams.

Keeton is widely respected for his knowledge and business acumen and is a noted and sought-after speaker. Keeton articulates the requirement for inclusion-driven business enhancement and provides passionate leadership. Fred's veteran business and corporate-relations experience allows him to effectively address dynamic and highly-challenging issues in our ever-changing political, social and economic environment.

Keeton was born Morton, Mississippi in 1957, and the youngest of eleven children. His parents, Fred Keeton Sr. and Elizabeth McCoy-Keeton instilled in each of their children the importance of integrity, education and personal achievement; qualities he instills in others today. In 1975, he entered Jackson State University in Jackson, Mississippi working toward a Bachelors of Science degree in political science, concurrently working full-time for Allstate insurance company to pay for school. Keeton’s career has taken him from an insurance customer service representative, claims adjuster, licensed insurance broker / agent and Manager in Risk and Insurance Management to Director Corporate Claims Management, Director of State Government Affairs, Vice President Government Affairs, and finally Vice President External Affairs and Chief Diversity Officer.

Throughout Keeton’s tenure, he has developed relationships with community and philanthropic leaders, government officials, and key business leaders. Fred serves as Co-Chair of the American Gaming Association’s Diversity Task Force, the governing board of the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) and continues to take a national leadership role in our country’s quest for full inclusion.
